CABO SAN LUCAS
We arrived in Cabo San Lucas in the wee small hours of the morning. In fact it was barely getting light. The moon was still shining on the water. Land's End was right out our window for our entire stay there. How beautiful! We took the tender into town just after a lovely family breakfast. I was blessed in being able to attend a children's Mass at a sweet little church close to the harbor. I just loved it!
Immediately afterwards I joined Ron, Dad, Patty, Steve and Scott for marqaritas in a nice little harbor front restaurant. Seems like I get to enjoy everything---body, mind, and soul. Lucky me! I try not to miss a trick.
From there Dad and I headed back to the ship. We stopped a place where people could swim with the dolphins. We missed watching the swim, but we sat by the huge fountains and some cute little family gave us cold water right from their own supply. Back on the ship Dad and I had lunch together in the Star's main restaurant. This time we got a window side table because there was just the two of us. I had the best chicken salad ever there. And it was my only one on one time with Dad on the entire trip. I tried to give everyone else a chance to spend time with him on this trip. I am the luckiest because I get so much time with him normally. So I am not complaining.
