Can you believe this? We had nothing but smoke and hot weather while Patty was visiting. Then when she left the days became truly Ashland. So, Patty, here are some snapshots from the walk through town that Ron and I took today. Is this not the Ashland you remember?

Wow it looks absolutely beautiful! I was wondering about the smoke because it was getting prettier even the day I left. In fact as soon as I have time I will post a picture on my blog showing how beautiful Mt. Shasta was. I had to pull over to take a shot! But no matter how much smoke and heat there was it was an incredible and wonderful trip for me! I love you guys and appreciate all you did for me.
