Just wanted everyone to see our wonderful lighting that Matt put in (twelve recessed lights). He also pulled out the cabinet separating the dining room from the kitchen. We resurfaced the ceiling and hopefully improved our home. The two pendant lights are really cool and we have needed them for 31 years to light up our counter top. Thank God for Matt. He is multi-talented.
The last photo is Friday pizza and beautiful flowers sent to me from Amy and Ron for Mother's Day. Life is good.

Oh I am so glad that you put these pictures on your blog! It is really beautiful. What a difference it is with the cabinets gone.It really opens up the room! Wow, I love it! Maybe I should figure out how to buy the house! (Wish I could) The skype is great to talk to everyone bit the pictures are diffently more clear! Keep them coming!

Wow! That does look fabulous! Like Aunt Patty said, it really opens up your kitchen! I was also thinking the same thing as May that Matt got a lot done so quickly! Wish he could come here! I have a bathroom that needs remodeling from start to finish. By the way, I have those same exact barstools, just covered differently with my own fabric. That cracked me up. Love you! Yes, the room is opened right up! Amazing! He did a fantastic job! Everyone will be fighting for Matt for sure!
