Last night the Chambers, Dick and Sue, came over for barbecued hamburgers. Ron and his mom made some potato salad. Sue made Orange Fluff desert. Ron started us off with his famous daiquiris. We had a lovely evening. Lisa pointed out to her Grammie that we have known the Dick and Sue longer than we've known her. That would be 30 years. How special true friends are!

I can't wait to get up there myself and enjoy some of those great daiquiris and great company at one of my most favorite places in the world, your home! You guys are lucky to have such good friends in Dick and Sue! However I am confused on the fact that you knew them longer than you have known Grammie! I must be missing something!

Wow....that is special! I got your meaning (sorry, Aunt Patty!) How special for them to share that time with you and reflect even on when Lisa was born and now old enough to drink the strawberry daquiris her dad makes so well! I would love to have one of those tasty daquiris, too. Yum! So glad you are having such a wonderful time!
